Non-receipt of orders within the estimated delivery time.
Cancellation of catering services made within the cancellation window.

Incorrect orders due to customer error.
Orders that are delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
Food quality complaints that are subjective in nature unless verified by our team.
Refund Process To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Catering Refunds Catering cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may be subject to partial refunds or non-refund.
