We aim to provide our customers with a delightful dining experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to our refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

    • Incorrect or damaged orders.
    • Non-receipt of orders within the estimated delivery time.
    • Cancellation of catering services made within the cancellation window.
  2. Non-Refundable Situations
    We do not offer refunds for:

    • Incorrect orders due to customer error.
    • Orders that are delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
    • Food quality complaints that are subjective in nature unless verified by our team.
  3. Refund Process
    To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  4. Catering Refunds
    Catering cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may be subject to partial refunds or non-refund.
